Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

TRUSTED BY:

Confidential EAP Services

At its core, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide a confidential and supportive resource for employees facing personal or work-related challenges. By offering professional counselling sessions, our EAP helps individuals navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, and relationship concerns, ensuring that they have access to mental health care whenever it’s needed. This enhances individual well-being while strengthening workplace culture and productivity, making it a vital component for any business striving to support its team.

Our program is built on the principle that when employees feel supported, they are better equipped to perform at their best. By investing in an EAP, you demonstrate a commitment to your workforce’s overall mental health, fostering a more engaged, resilient and productive workplace.

Why Use Our EAP services?

Our Employee Assistance program (EAP) is a service for employees to seek professional counselling for their work-related or personal problems.

  • Our EAP provides your staff with direct face-to-face counselling or telephone counselling sessions
  • The service can also be extended to include immediate family members.
  • Our psychologists assist employees with their mental health and wellbeing, enhancing your workplace productivity, performance and presenteeism. Unlike other EAP programs, your employee and/or their family member will see the same psychologist for each of the sessions they attend.
  • While other employee assistance programs charge based on your organisation size, we don’t. Just like our other products we offer a flat rate where you can purchase the number of sessions you want.
  • As part of the EAP service you also receive:
    • Promotional collateral for your workplace, and
    • A confidential, de-identified quarterly report that tracks the usage of your program with key statistics to provide awareness of relevant issues that exist and the insight you need to develop initiatives to enhance the ongoing wellbeing of your workplace.

HR advisory services often recommend offering EAP services to employees. From a policy standpoint, it shows an employer’s commitment to the well-being and mental health of their staff. At the same time, it can improve workplace culture and employee retention.

Any employer, regardless of size, can access our psychological support program without the burden of a retainer. By purchasing sessions for as little as $260 you will have immediate access to the program for your employees. You only pay for the bundles you need.

Have peace of mind knowing your most important assets have access to high-quality workplace counselling services.

Having an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in place at your business is one of the smartest investments you can make in your people and your workplace culture. Here’s why it matters:

Support Employee Wellbeing

EAPs provide confidential access to professional counselling and support for issues like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, financial difficulties and more. When employees feel supported, they’re more likely to stay engaged and productive. Whether there are pre-existing mental health issues or arising work-related issues, our wellbeing services provide your staff with confidential support.

Boost Employee Productivity & Performance

Personal issues don’t stay at home; they follow people to work. By offering an EAP, you give staff a healthy outlet to manage challenges, which helps improve productivity while reducing absenteeism, presenteeism and burnout.

Decrease Absenteeism & Staff Turnover

Early intervention in workplace relations issues can prevent small issues from becoming major problems that lead to extended leave or resignations. An EAP shows your team you care, which builds loyalty and can reduce the costs of recruitment and training.

Create a Positive Workplace Culture

An EAP reflects a culture of care and trust. Work pressures can negatively impact work life, productivity and even family life. When employees know their mental health is valued, it strengthens morale, encourages open communication, and helps foster a psychologically safe workplace. EAP services can assist with work-related problems and assist in conflict resolution strategies for staff.

Attracting Top Talent

A comprehensive benefits package that includes an EAP can make your business more attractive to potential employees. It may be the bonus that helps lock in contracts with key talent.

Comply with WHS Obligations

Employers have a legal and ethical responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment, including mental health and the management of psychosocial hazards. An EAP is one practical way to demonstrate that you’re meeting your duty of care.

It’s Cost-Effective

The cost of an EAP is typically low compared to the productivity losses from stress-related illness or turnover. Even a single prevented absence or resignation can cover the annual cost of the program.

Confidential Support

EAPs provide a safe and confidential avenue for employees to seek help for personal and work-related issues without fear of judgment or repercussions.

Accessibility

EAPs offer easy access to professional psychological services available via phone, online or in person. This removes barriers such as cost and the need for referrals. It is important to note that the EAP is not a crisis hotline and employees must book an appointment to access the service.

Wide Range of Issues

EAPs can assist with various challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, financial difficulties, substance abuse, grief and work-related stress like bullying, harassment or conflict.

Improved Wellbeing

By addressing these issues, EAPs contribute to the overall mental, emotional and even physical wellbeing of employees.

Enhanced Work-Life Balance

Support for personal issues can lead to a better work-life balance and reduced stress at home and work.

Increased Job Satisfaction

Employees who feel supported by their employer are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs.
