Mark has had over 15 years’ experience in senior human resource management roles within defence, construction, infrastructure, heavy engineering and media sectors. Roles have encompassed the negotiation and implementation of Enterprise Agreements, the development of human resources strategy and the operational management of human resources services at corporate and operational levels. Mark has gained a number of graduate and postgraduate qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration, Diploma in Training and Development and a Master of Business Administration. Mark is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently sits on two boards as a Non-Executive Director.
Mark has a proven track record of developing and delivering pragmatic human resources solutions that align with the goals of each company he has worked with. Known for an ability to quickly build professional rapport with key stakeholders, Mark has the ability to leverage these relationships to deliver timely human resource outcomes in often challenging environments. In addition to human resource management, Mark has also had exposure as a leader in complex and challenging operational management roles.
Mark’s philosophy at Human Outsource is to provide small to medium sized businesses with access to HR planning and support that would normally only come with having a qualified HR professional on staff.
