Prior to starting Human Outsource, Mark has had over 10 years’ experience in senior human resource management roles within the construction, infrastructure, heavy engineering and media sectors. Roles have encompassed the negotiation and implementation of Enterprise Agreements, the development of human resources strategy and the operational management of human resources services at corporate and operational levels. Mark has gained a number of graduate and postgraduate qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration, Diploma in Training and Development and a Master of Business Administration.
Mark has a proven track record of developing and delivering pragmatic human resources solutions that align with the goals of each company he has worked with. Known for an ability to quickly build professional rapport with key stakeholders, Mark has the ability to leverage these relationships to deliver timely human resource outcomes in often challenging environments. In addition to human resource management, Mark has also had exposure as a leader in complex and challenging operational management roles.
Mark’s philosophy at Human Outsource is to provide small to medium sized businesses with access to HR planning and support that would normally only come with having a qualified HR professional on staff. Mark lives in Brisbane, is married to Rosemary and has three children Chloe, Emily and Maximilian. Outside of work Mark enjoys golf and a day or two at the beach and socialising with friends.
Andrew Gage has over 15 years experience in the HR Industry. Since receiving his Bachelor of Management, Andrew has gained experience in a wide variety of industries including renewable energy,Oil and Gas, mining, Recruitment and media to name a few. Andrew has valuable experience in multi unionized blue collar workplaces, along with professional white collar workforces, giving a well rounded knowledge base to ensure the best advice and service is provided
Andrew lives on the Gold Coast these days with his wife Katarina and 2 daughters, Bethany and Allegra. Seems like a fitting place to live with his passion for Sailing and Fishing.
Bonita Nichols has over 10 years experience as a HR professional with roles as HR Officer, HR Manager and HR Consultant. Bonita has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in human resources. Bonita has worked across pharmaceutical, insurance & finance and not-for-profit industries in both large and small organisations. Bonita believes in building trusting relationships with management and staff in order to fully understand the HR needs of the business and therefore enabled to deliver the best possible solution.
Bonita lives in Brisbane with husband Scott and son Chad. She loves to spend time with family, keep fit, get out into the great outdoors and occasionally read a good book.
Cameron has over 11 years in the Recruitment industry. Having begun his career as a Generalist external recruiter working in a fast-paced multinational company he now works with large global construction and engineering groups supporting their internal resource needs with complete turnkey recruitment solutions.
Cameron’s background and experience as a resourcing specialist covers multiple sectors including civil infrastructure construction such as Road and Rail, engineering, oil and gas, power, energy and mining. Cameron has successfully resourced some the state’s major projects across these sectors, filling roles from Commercial, Finance and site administration roles through Technical Engineering support from Site level engineers through to the Senior leadership teams of Construction Managers and Project Leaders responsible for delivering major projects of $500 million plus.
Over the years, Cameron has developed strong relationships and networks across a broad range of sectors and provides a wealth of knowledge from basic evaluation of candidates to dispute resolution and termination. He has recently completed the Australian Human Resource Institutes Cert IV in Human Resource Management to compliment his experience. Cameron lives in Brisbane with his wife Susie and their children, Jack and Georgie. They love going camping, fishing, boating, and entertaining friends and family.
